Residents

All booked and confirmed individuals staying at Behere facility are termed residents for the duration of their stay.

Minimum Stay

We Operate a minimum stay of two nights

Check In

Checking time is 2:00PM, please contact our concierge office if you will be checking in late, any time after 10:00PM.
If you anticipate an earlier arrival, we would advise you always book a room from the night before as we cannot always guarantee an early check-in.

Check Out

Checkout time is 12:00 PM prompt – We would place a reminder call 30 minutes to the hour. Please call the concierge to arrange for late check out. If you would not be leaving before 12:00PM.

Key Card

Please insert your key card to activate electricity in your room. Remove key card on exit and please always leave your keys at the concierge office if going out of the facility.

Restaurant

The Good life restaurant and Café operates daily between 7:00AM & 10:30PM : meals are à la carte – you can pre-place orders with the concierge office if you would prefer your meals at a particular time.

Room Housing Keeping

Daily Housing keeping services is available from 8:00AM in the morning, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign should you not require cleaning. You can later call the concierge office and let us know what time is best suited for cleaning your room.

Linen/Towels

All our linen and towels are replaced regularly, please do note these Items are non- complimentary

Toiletries

Soap, Shampoo, Tissues and other bathroom consumables are provided and replenished by housekeeping during daily room cleaning services.

Gym /Swimming Pool.

All residents have free access and use of our Techno Gym facilities and our swimming Pool. These facilities are non- supervised and all residents consent to using these facilities safely and at their own risk. Behere Nigeria Limited is not liable for any lose or injury; please observer all safety regulations and signs. We reserve the right to refuse use of these facilities where they pose a danger to the user or he/she poses a danger to other residents in the facility.

Swimming Pool Rule MUST! Be observed – and learners must have supervision from skilled swimmer to use our pool.

Garden

Our garden space is open and free to all residents – for walks and seat out, please ensure you have full foot covering. Please no smoking is allowed in this area due to fire safety.

Parking

We offer free parking withing our gates to all our residents – Please confirm availability of parking for your visitors from the concierge office

Tea and Coffee

For Tea, Coffee and Hot beverages, please call the Concierge.

Electricity Power

Should there be an electricity power outage from the grid, the temporary emergency lights will illuminate each rooms, hallways and lounges. We have two back Up Power Generating plants and will restore electricity supply within the minute.

Complimentary Pick Up/ Drop Off

We offer complimentary transportation services. Please provide your expected time of arrival ( ETA) – and our concierge officer will dispatch our transportation provider ( Total Logistics Executive Ryde) for Pick/ Drop Offs from (Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport) and for any other Arrival/Drop off within( 35 Minutes radius) from our facility.

Fire Alarm and Safety Procedure

All rooms are equipped with a fire alarm and are non-smoking. In case of a fire alarm, kindly exist the building as quickly as possible following the illuminated exit signs in the hallway. There’s also an exit plan behind your door, please do take time to acquaint yourself with the closest exit to your room.

Smoking

We operate a non-smoking facility (cigars, regular and electronic cigarettes)- All our rooms, hallways, lounges, restaurant, gym, pool deck area, garden, and courtyard seating areas are non-smoking.
We have designated smoking area at our safety muster point. We reserve the right to charge or cancel a resident booking should they smoke in non-designated smoking area.

Drugs, Narcotic and Firm Arms.

This facility is 100% Drugs and Narcotic free zone: residents, their visitors or (personal security detachment or personal security detail), are not allowed to bring firearm into our facility buildings. We reserve the right to enforce our ejection policy for any residents or their visitors, using, or storing any of these items within our facility and we are bound to contact law enforcement.

Spa

On request we can schedule a spa service with a local partner provider.

Lighting and Plumbing

Please should you need assistance with the Lightings and Plumbing– Please contact our concierge office and our maintenance team will handle this as quickly as is possible.

Air Conditioning and TV Controls

Please should you need assistance with the Air Conditioning, and TV controls – Please contact our concierge office and our maintenance team will handle this as quickly as is possible.

First Aid/ Medical Emergency

We do not prescribe any forms of drugs or treatment, we offer basic non-medical related first aid, and in case of a medical emergency – we would call the available local medical emergency lines. We would also contact your (In case of emergency -ICE Contact) provided at check in.

Board games

We offer a range of board games; these are available for free use at the Cushion/Bean Bag lounge- please we respectfully request games are not to be taken into individual rooms.

High Speed Internet

Our service provider operate via Fiber Optics (Galaxy backbone limited )

Laundry /Ironing Services.

We offer onsite garment care, laundry and ironing services. Place request with the concierge office, to have laundry items picked from your room. We would require you sign our laundry pick up request and delivery forms.

Lost and Found

We are not liable for lost items; however, we would ensure any lost and found items are kept in safe keeping and returned to rightful owners – please contact our concierge team with proof to retrieve lost or forgotten items.

Visitors

We operate a resident only facility – all residents, inviting visitors /guest must have them booked in to gain access into this facility; Please if you have a visitor, kindly leave their full name at the concierge office. Please note we would require an ID card to confirm visitors identity and also visitors’ tags are required for visitor.

NOTE: All over night guest or visitors must – be signed in by residents

Lounge Complimentary Dallies

You can find daily newspapers, and a range of reading materials at our Lounge and restaurant.
No Show Policy: No show reservations are subject to one-night room charge and taxes, unless otherwise specified in cancellation policies.

Minimum age for check in: Residents must be 20 years or older to check in.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted on premises. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied to any rooms where smoke is apparent.
Pet Policy: No pet is allowed within this facility.
Taxes: The room is exclusive of vat tax at 7.5%, on all room category.
Service Charge: Room Service is inclusive of service charge.
Wireless Internet Access: Behere Nigeria provides complimentary high-speed wireless internet access to all registered residents, which is ideal for email, web surfing and social media.

We require a damage payment if any wilful damage occurs:

  • Residents pay a damage payment for any damages to Behere Property
  • We collect your damage payments by: Cash or Bank Transfer
  • We collect this: Before or On Departure

Cancellation & Prepayment Policies

Flexible – 3 days

  • The intending residents can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. They will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel anytime exceeding days 3 to arrival
  • If the residents don’t show up, they will be charged the total price of one Nights reservation.
  • Prepayment is required for all booking confirmed bookings.

Child policies, Children & Extra Beds

  • Children of all ages are allowed. Maximum room occupant policy applies
  • No child rates under 16 years
  • No Cribs
  • No extra beds
  • Duty of childcare and safety are solely responsibility of parents and guardian

Grace Period

  • No fees charged for bookings cancelled within 4 hours of booking
